IDAK assists ministry service career aspirations for three audiences:
- Ministry service professionals (pastors, campus/youth workers, college/seminary professors, parachurch leaders, overseas mission staff, and church denominational leaders).
- Marketplace individuals seeking to transition to ministry service within a church, local or global ministry organization.
- Executives and board members of ministry service organizations, churches and ministry focused colleges/seminaries seeking to resolve management job performance conflicts or planning to hire an executive.
Our services begin with a free initial consultation. We provide one half-hour with a certified counselor to discuss your ministry aspirations and specific needs to determine if our services can be of assistance. Your counselor will be an experienced ministry service professional who has a graduate degree from a ministry-focused college/seminary. Sensitive ministry issues related to calling, ministry transferrable skills and God=s purpose for your life are common topics discussed during your free visit and during our consultation services.
During your free consultation, we also explain which services we recommend and their costs. Our fees range from $150 to $1,950. These services can be provided by telephone or in our IDAK office. For more information about the administration of our services, go to our home page and click on Mid-Career Counseling, Job Hunting Services or Organizational Consulting. Call 1-800-245-1108 to schedule a no-cost consultation with an IDAK certified counselor. For consultation sessions by telephone, our free service does not include any telephone calling charges if applicable.
