The IDAK Group offers a full line of training and client/corporate service packages for professionals who provide counseling and consulting services in career guidance, outplacement, mid-career advancement counseling, and organizational counseling. To acquaint you with our systems, we provide a counselor/consultant’s sampler which allows you to sample our major product the IDAK Career Match™. By using this on yourself or a client, you will have the very best indicator of how our system fits your practice. With our introductory sampler, we provide a one hour (over the telephone) printout interpretation to guide you through the information and to answer your questions.
Many counselors are able to use our system without any further training because of it’s user friendly design.
The focus of our IDAK Assessment Systems is the assessment of Natural Talents. Natural Talents are set apart from other important aptitudes such as traits, work skills, motivational drive, interests and values. We believe Natural Talents are the best predictor of future “best match” career options. By establishing Natural Talents as the key to a person’s unique identity, we are then able to assimilate other critical information about a person’s aptitudes derived from personality tests and other inventories and exercises you currently may be using.
In addition to sampling our IDAK Career Match™System, we have different levels of introductory and advanced training, publications and video products.
