Don Wiggins, D. Min.

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Biography: Don has been helping ministry leaders advance in their calling since 1991. He began his work as a pastor for congregations within The Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination in Florida, Georgia, and Illinois. He earned his M.Div. and D. Min. at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Later he served as ministry professor at Toccoa Falls College and Crown College. His leadership strengths were further affirmed by being selected to serve the C&MA as vice president for Church Ministries. There Don pursued training with IDAK to specialize in assessing pastor candidates and guiding pastors who experience conflicts with their congregation. Don led the denomination to incorporate IDAK’s assessment process for all church districts. Don’s IDAK expertise also includes screening pastor and ministry leader candidates using the IDAK MAX Report.

Today Don and Linda live in Waconia, MN and are the parents of five married children with 16 grandchildren. He serves as superintendent for the C&MA North Central District with offices near Minneapolis, Minnesota. His unique insight into the needs of pastors and ministry leaders is a special resource to the community of faith.

Don enjoys his family and the following hobbies: sports, hiking, camping, photography. Don’s greatest passion is to help younger leaders discover their “hard-wiring” and build service careers around those innate strengths. His favorite vacation spot is “anywhere with mountains,” but especially Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado.

George Dutch, B.A., C.M.F.

Location: Ottawa, Canada

Biography: George has been assessing aptitude strengths since 1992. He began his work life by “sampling” several blue and white collar jobs in the private and public sectors. He ended up as a Director of all telecom and broadcasting policy for a state government in Australia, then a National Account Manager for voice and data services used by Canadian government agencies. George’s IDAK expertise includes screening pastors and ministry leaders and job search candidates using the IDAK MAX Report.

In 1992, George founded JobJoy, a career transition service in Ottawa, Canada. During the years of his successful practice, George has hosted a weekly radio show, “The Career Connection” and has worked with a wide range of clients in Fortune 500 companies, all levels of government, non-profits, ministries and small businesses. George has authored JobJoy and JobJoy Boot Camp.

George enjoys his family and the following hobbies: reading theology and hard-boiled crime fiction, playing basketball on Saturday mornings, hiking in the Adirondacks, and performing in theater productions that explore issues of faith and spirituality. George’s favorite vacation spot is the Mediterranean for exploring historical sites of Western civilization.

Stephen Boyd, Ph. D., D. Min.

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Biography: Stephen Boyd has been assisting men’s and women’s by assessing their strengths. He pursued further advanced graduate studies in clinical counseling, pastoral psychology, and spiritual direction, resulting in his Ph.D., and D. Min. Stephen has been licensed and certified nationally in his state as a clinical counselor-supervisor, licensed marriage and family therapist, and a nationally certified psychologist. He started his own human resource consulting company that included leadership-executive coaching for local area businesses, including healthcare businesses, hospital pastoral care departments, and manufacturing companies. Stephen’s passion was using psychological testing to zero in on “Growth Area’s”, such as emotional intelligence, personality factors and how these help or hinder leaders within organizations to utilize their natural talents. Stephen has been coaching business leaders to help them better serve their company by maximizing their strengths. Stephen is a seasoned professional with a passion to coach business leaders, ministry leaders, and individuals who want to grow in their emotional and spiritual intelligence. Stephen’s IDAK expertise includes screening pastor, ministry leader and job search candidates using the IDAK MAX Report.

Stephen enjoys his family and the following hobbies: fine woodworking, tennis and swimming. Stephen’s favorite vacations are at retreat centers in the mountains.

Rev. Daniel Wetzel

Rev. Dan Wetzel

Location:  Colorado Springs, CO

Biography: Dan brings nearly fifty years of ministry experience in helping pastors, ministry leaders and students discover their optimum leadership role for ministry service. Prior to establishing his practice as a church health consultant, he served as vice president of Church Ministries with the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination. After completing his education at Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary, he and his wife, Iris, served many years in Native American communities in Minnesota and the Dakotas. Later he became a pastor in Montana and Wyoming before serving as vice president for the C&MA.

Dan continues to invest in coaching pastors who are seeking clarification as to their ministry strengths. In recent years, his cross-cultural experience has been an asset in coaching ministry leaders. Dan is also licensed as a National Evangelist with The Christian and Missionary Alliance. Dan’s IDAK expertise includes screening pastor and ministry leader candidates using the IDAK MAX Report.

Dan and his wife Iris live in Colorado Springs, Colorado where they enjoy time spent with four of their seven grandchildren. His hobbies include reading, nature photography, history, hiking, camping and horses. Fishing and hunting provide seasonal recreation too.

Dan’s passion is to see men and women thrive as they discover and use the gifts God has given to them to benefit themselves, their families and others.

Rev. Daniel Wetzel

Jay Diller, D. Min.

Location: Tacoma, Washington

Biography: Jay Diller began his work life as a commercial electrician, later owning an electrical company in Pennsylvania and Vermont. During his business career, he had many opportunities to provide counseling and coaching for those in his church and his community. His success in helping others led to the pursuit of a MA in counseling from Western Seminary in 1991. Upon graduation, he served as an associate pastor and assisted the human resources division of a large international mission, serving East Asia. His position of member care involved employment screening assessments, training new staff, coaching leaders and doing mediation work with teams in conflict. This international work resulted in over 30 international trips to most of the world’s continents. In the past 20 plus years he has served as a part-time counseling professor with a graduate school on the east coast and one on the west coast. During this time he secured an earned doctorate in strategic leadership. In 2006 he secured a full-time position as Professor of Counseling & Leadership at Faith Evangelical College & Seminary in Tacoma, Washington. This role has included assessing the students in the Graduate School. Jay’s IDAK expertise also includes screening pastor and ministry leader candidates using the IDAK MAX Report. He is assessing and coaching many additional leaders in the NW Community, through his private practice called, Teleios Counseling & Consultations.

On the lighter side Jay thoroughly enjoys his family, including them in many of his hobbies such as motorcycling, skiing, biking and fishing. When asked about his next favorite place to take a vacation; he is apt to mention Vermont in October.
