Biography: Chuck has been assisting ministry leaders with their career advancement since 1995. He began his work life with the United States Air Force (1958 to 1979) retiring as a security and law enforcement superintendent in the grade of Senior Master Sergeant. He completed his ministerial training through the distance education program of The Christian and Missionary Alliance culminating with his ordination in 1985.Chuck has been involved in pastoral ministry since 1979 when he first served as an assistant pastor in North Dakota then became the assistant to the superintendent for church growth and evangelism, Rocky Mountain District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Montana. He joined the staff at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Headquarters in 1991 where he served as division of Church Ministries administrator and later as the director for operations responsible for all support functions as well as division representative to all interdenominational leadership teams and committees until his retirement in August 2001. Since his retirement, Chuck continues to coach and counsel men and women to find fulfilling careers.
Chuck enjoys his family and likes to golf when possible. His favorite vacation areas are mountains and oceans.
